Hey hello!
Okey, it has happened.... vacation has come to an end....
Today is my second day at work but I can't complain.
We have had a wonderful summer with lots of sun, fun, lazy days and
quality time with family and friends! So I'm feeling quite ready for work again :)
Tuesday and a new challenge at SweetStamps!
This time the theme is Bling!
I used the SweetCuts Owls Friends did the first cutout with
brown cardstock then the "details" from green cardstock.
I blinged the owls with Stickles Star Dust.
This is how I made the background; I took the SweetCuts die,
Fancy Leaf and Elegant Leaves and used them as a templates,
dabbed around them with the colours Ink Spots, Cream of Wheat and Peapod.
Then I glued the die cuts, that had been inked, around the owls.
I found the paper in my stash and realized it was a real match.
So I blinged the eyes of the owls with rhinestones.
So that was my "Bling card". Hope you got some inspiration from it.

How adorable. Love all the shimmer and bling! Love the natural colors too.
The die cuts as stencils and then adding them as accents- love that idea! The DP is perfect and all of the bling on the eyes- love that!!! The feathers are a great embellishment too- love this!!!
