Anything Goes Challenge #93

Here I am again for my second post today!

A new challenge at Anything Goes has gone live!

The theme we have chosen for you is 

"Handmade backgrounds"!

I went for an mini chest of drawers that I altered with little pieces of 

design papers, from Paper Cellar.

This is a technique that I learned from Hels Sheridan's workshop when I visited England.

You cut out smal pieces of paper in no specific size 

and then you just overlap the pieces over eachother in random order.

Really easy and so much fun when you get the hang of it!

Then I added some embellishments on my drawer such as,

Prima flowers, lace, butterfly border from Martha Stewart,

mini tags and leafswirls from Magnolia, metal corner and a metal butterfly.

I also put some text on each drawer so I know what I have in them.

The odd thing about my project is that there is no image for me to colour

but sometimes you just have to step out of the drawer, lol.

Monthly Technique Challenge at Sweet Stamps

Today I want to show you a Flip Flop card

Really fun and not as hard as it might seem.

This is what I used on my card:

Whispy Flowers 1000 that I cover with

Fine Detail Embossing Powder, Black Sparkle

inked the edges with Shades Ink Spots, In the Pink

Spring at Sweet Stamps

Tuesday again and that means we have a new challenge at
Sweet Stamps for you!
The theme this week is Spring!

And I have to say spring has finally arrived to Sweden.

I know I say it every year but
I Love Spring!!! (and summer too of course)

I made my card with this wonderful stamp
Butterfly Bookmark 3008

that I coloured with Copics.

On the pink and yellow butterfly I added some

microfine Glitter "Golden Glitz".

Saturated Canary's "Color Me Wonderful" got to be the model of my card.

as you know by now is absolutely my new favorite.

I have punched the doilys from a Nellie Snellen die.

Since my jigsaw in the blog hop were Crafty Individuals

I thought that I would do a card with some of their stamps

and this is how it turned out.

My first card for Sweet Stamps!

So the day has finally come when I'll show you
my first DT card for Sweet Stamps!

The challenge I start off with is to make a project to MOM

and here's my result.

I coloured the Cameo Lady 589 with Copics
and made a gatefold card.

The card is also decorated with lace, brads and a flower.

I also decorated the inside with some papers that matched the
beautiful Cameo Lady.

Hey, hello!

It's me again with the announcement of a new challenge over at

Our theme for this month is:

Things With Wings!

So many lovely things you can think of that has got wings, so pretty easy!

I chose a motive from Sylvia Set and made an Easel card

and coloured it with Copics.

I also used one of my favorite dies from Spellbinder, Floral Ovals.

The papers are from Pion Design.
