I just love this sentiment! A perfect thought when you enter a new year.

Pop over to Hanna & Friends and join us in this last challenge of the year and see the beautiful work the amazing DT girls have done. Thank you girls for a great teamwork :)

Anything Goes Challenge #57

The year of 2011 is coming to its end but we have a new fresh one to look forward to.
And the last challenge for this year at Anything Goes. I'm fortunate to be part of this wounderful team for the last six month and I can't wait to see what the next year will bring.

This time we want to see something with the colour BLUE and one other colour.
I made my card with few details this time. I wanted it to be pretty "clean".

Here's what I've used on my card:

Penny Black image

Magnolia paper

Marianne Design Village/church and icicles

QK star

Blue ribbon

Stickles "Star Dust"

Puffy snow

You can find most products at Lynne's shop Craft Den.

So enjoy the rest of the year and don't forget to join us at Anything Goes.

Lots of HUGS!

A little later Christmas greeting

I would like to wish you all a continued Merry Christmas (a copule off Christmas days still remains ;))
My family and I, and some of our friends, have been away on a mini ski vacation and we've had a lovely time.
And just back in time to celebrate Christmas Eve at home with our parents.
Here are some of my "quick and easy" Christmas cards that I made.

Enjoy Christmas and your loved ones!
Christmas hugs!

Anything Goes Challenge #56

Good morning! Hope you are all doing well!
Get ready for another challenge at Anything Goes, Anything but a card!
I have made a BIG tag with Magnolias Tilda in centre. She's perfect for todays celebration (in Sweden), Lucia.
I have coloured Tilda with Polychromos Pencils, as you can find at Craft Den.
The chipboards are covered with crakle paint "picket fence". The "wish" ticket are from Tim Holtz.
I have used another tag, a smaller one ;) where you can write your own greeting.
The papers are from My Mind's Eye. And I also used some old wellpapp and coloured it with white paint.

Some of the material that I've used can be found in Lynne's store Craft Den among a bunch of other goodies.
So let us see what you can come up with at Challenge #56.
You also have to pay my DT friends a visit. They make some stunning creations!
Have a happy Lucia day and don't eat too many saffron buns and gingerbread ;)

I would like to enter this to the following challenges:

Reviewing Christmas Faith

Okey, I'm back for my second post to day ;)
We're having a reviewing at the TPS blog and showing you the Lil Pinkette Christmas girls.
I'm showing you Christmas Faith! I think I've told you before but I just love Christmas :D and a Christmas without carols isn't a Christmas at all. So Faith is just perfect ;)
I don't know if you can see the G clef, but I think it's so cute and really fits this card. And of course there has to be some note papers too ;)
Even this card was coloured with Promakers.

Sorry to keep this post short :( I've got tons to do as I'm sure that you also have...

So until next time, take care! And I don't mind that you leave a comment ;)

Hanna & Friends #123

OMG, it's already a week since the last challenge at Hanna & Friends. Time flies ;)
That means we have reached a new week and a new challenge at H&F, yay!
And this is a pretty easy one, don't you think: Wintercard!
Even though we don't have so much winter here in southern Sweden at the moment, I had to put my mind into a white, cold and frosty feeling. I hope I managed and that you can get some inspiration anyway ;)
My image this time is from Lily of the Valley, and this time I went for an Easel card. I coloured it with Promakers and used some "pom poms" as snowflakes. Maybe a bit big but as they fall down the become snowballs. Well, you have to use your imagination, lol!
The embossed snowflakes in the background are from Tim Holtz.
I made the tag as an open book so you can write your greeting on the inside.

I hope you got some inspiration so you would like to join us this week at Hanna and Friends!
If not, take a look at the other girls' creation and I'm sure you can't resist take part of the fun!
Thanks a lot for stopping by and take it easy in the Christmas rush!

Hanna & Friends #122 Sketch

Today we have a lovely sketch from Vanni for you to play with at Hanna and Friends.

I found this sketch real "christmasish" (don't even know if that's a word, lol) And I guess it's because of the stars.

Once again I have made a Christmas card and I realised that it's red again...

Well, what can I say... I just love red christmas cards :)

The image is a Elizabeth Bell's design, called Lizzy. I have coloured her with Polychromos pencils.

The papers are from Pysselgumman and the stars are punched out from a Spellbinder dies. And the frames are Nellie Snellen.

As you can see in the last photo I have made a different fold this time.

Take a look at the beautiful cards that the Design girls have made. They are just stunning! So I hope you will participate in this weeks challenge!

Take care!

Anything Goes Challenge #55

Good morning!
Time flies and it's time for a new fortnight challenge at Anything Goes!
We would like to see what you can come up with on the theme, Cutting Corners, decorative or altered. I hope you can see that my corners are sparkling ;) I used chipboards and covered them with glitter.
For a change... ;o) I have used a Magnolia image. Well I can't hide it, I love Magnolia stamps!
The cut out frames are from Spellbinders. I put some flower soft on the heart besides Tilda, to get that fluffy snowy feeling. And of course some flowers and bling.
Take a look at Craft Den shop. There you can find a lot of lovely products. Why not make a wish list to Santa while you're in there :)

And now it's time for you to stop by Anything Goes Challenge and see the georgeous creations my teamies have made. And while you're in there don't forget to play along with us.

Have a wonderful day!

New challenge at Hanna & Friends

Good Morning to you all!

I can't believe that we are so close to Christmas already... And this weekend it's the first Sunday of Advent. It's, at least in Sweden, time to dust of the candlesticks and stars and put them in the window. I just love the Christmas season! Even though I have to put up with the snow and minus degrees, but that goes with the package, I guess :)
We are going on a mini journey with a couple of friends to our "neighbours", Denmark to see the beautiful Christmas decorations both inside the stores and on the streets. And just enjoying ourselves and the whole Christmas market. It's going to be great!

Enough babbling, here's my card for this week's challenge at Hanna and Friends #121. We would love to see what you can create with the colours "Red and Another colour".
My card is composed of Magnolia's Tilda and Magnolia's paper. I cut out the different shapes with Spellbinder dies and with a Martha Stewart punch. The flowers are from "You Do".

Can you see that I have decorated the inside of the card ;o) The sentiment on the inside is from Inkido. And the snowfalke frame is a MS punch.

So get in HERE and join us and see the marvelous work from the team.

Thanks for visiting me today <3

Hanna & Friends #120

I'm so late with my post for Hanna and Friends this week :(
But here I am! This week we have a lovely sketch for you to play with!
Isn't the little Miranda Bear just super cute! I have coloured it with distressink and punched out the oval from a Spellbinder die. The snowflake border behind the image, is a MS punch.

I used a snowpen on the fluffy parts of the hat and on the jacket. And the snow that the bear stands on is white flower soft. (maybe not so obvious on the picture)
So good luck with your creativity and take the opportunity to join our challenge this week at H&F. And you should most definitely take a look at the amazing work my DT fellows have done!
Thank you for visiting me!

Challenge #54 A Real Sweetie

Hi!
I'm back to tell you that we have a new challenge for you at Anything Goes.
We want for you to come up with something that includes a Sweetie.
This is my version, with baker Edwin.
I think the smal gingerbread molds, the tiny saffron buns and the rolling pin are so cute.
I have also decorated with cinnamon and star anise.

The sentiment on the tag are from a Swedish children's song, something like:"A sugar baker lives in the city"..., and so on.

So hop on over to Anything Goes and let us see your creations.

Thanks for stopping by!

Hugs Annette

Hanna & Friends #119

Good morning!
Another week has past and it's time for a new challenge at Hanna & Friends.
The challenge theme is Pimp something!
My choice fell on a triangular matchbox. I think they are just perfect to give away to friends and family.
Magnolia's mini Tilda got to decorate my box. On the top I have used Magnolias Doo Hickey heartboard. The big snowflake are from Martha Stewart.
On the other side of the box I went for a Swedish "Merry Christmas" text and I stamp it on another Doo Hickey die from Magnolia. And last but not least, some glitter ;o)

So come and join us at this weeks challenge and let us see what you can create!
And on the same time you can sigh over the other DT's beautiful work!

Have a great day!
xoxo Annette

Hanna & Friends #118

This week Hanna and Friends are having a new challenge with a sketch that Nicole from the team have made. I had so much fun playing with this one, so I recommend that you do the same :o)
I used a stamp from Whiff of Joy, Charlotte, and I decided to make another shaker card!
This time the color choise was green (favorite) and brown. Papers from Papirdesign and Inkido. The shaker frame are made by a Spellbinder die, and the Christmas tree bells (!?) are from a Martha Stewart punch, covered with glitter. The flowers are a Magnolia Doo Hickey die. I found a mini tag in my stash that a stamped with a "Merry Christmas" text.
Just a little something about what material I have used. Oh, almost forgot, colored the image with distress ink.

Come and play along with us this week and see the amazing work from the DT!
You're gonna love it!
Thank you so much for stopping by!
