Anything Goes #72

Morning peps!

Hope you are enjoying the lovely weather we finally got here in Sweden.

Well, I started working yesterday so I get to enjoy the evenings instead... a bit annoying...

Okey, time for a new challenge at Anything Goes and this time we want to see something else than a square.

I made a octagonal card with a image from Saturated Canary, coloured with distress ink.
The grass is a QK die, and the cloud, tag and leafswirl are from Magnolia.
Some feathers, flowers, lace and some half beads were also decoration on my card.

I used "Star Dust" glitter on the flowers and around the edges of the tag bag.

New baby

Guess what I did yesterday!
I visited Magnolia's store!
Actually, I went to Gothenburg to see my youngest play football in Gothia Cup. So in between the two games I had a couple of hours to kill, so why not visit Magnolia's shop in Borås :D
I got some lovely new papers, flowers, ribbons and lace, some Christmas stamps and my mission of the day, Doo Hickey Dies! To sum it up, it was a good day.
My son's team also did well, they won both their matches!!!

My sweet friend Louise had a baby this week. A beautiful little baby girl! So this is my card to Ella!
I made a round scalloped pink card, using Ridderholms and Magnolia paper. I coloured "Sleeping baby Tilda" with distress ink and put some glitter on her wings. On the sweater I glued flowersoft to get that cuddly feeling.
Around the image I glued a ribbon with lace and some flowers. Even a couple of charms decorates my card, a baby bottle and a pink strawberry.
I also used my new dies, Wrapped Lovely heart and the cloud. On the heart I stamped a Magnolia sentiment.

Edwin card

Yes, it's true... I'm already back with a new card :)
Since I have vacation and the weather isn't the best to be outside I just have to spend time in my crafting room...poor me, hihi!

I have actually done some use too. I have tidied up my room, organized my stuff so now I have the space to craft again :)

That means I HAVE to do some new cards and projects.
This is what I made today, an Edwin card! I coloured him and the flower fence with distress ink.

The stars, which I painted with crackle paint, are Spellbinder and in the other corner I have used Madera Corner from Memory Box.

And the paper is Reprint.

Today I want to show you a card I made a while ago to our friend that turned 40. I thought that it would fit him perfect with a cool chick as Carmen Electrafying. We would give him a gift certificate so I decided to make a box that we could put the card in. 

I coloured Carmen with Promarker and most of the papers are from Bo Bunny. The clock are TH and the dies with the name and number are Spellbinder's Fancy Tags no.3.

I would like to enter Kenny K's Krafty Krew Challenge with my card.
The theme is Big Birthday's 18,21 and 40.

Anything Goes #71, Relax with Lavender

Good morning!

A new lovely vacation day and a new challenge at Anything Goes!

This fortnight we want you to "Relax with Lavender" and use Lavender and Lace on your project!

I have used a stamp from Elisabeth Bell, I think she's called Melinda, coloured with distress ink.

The papers are from Maja Design and Bo Bunny as you can find at Craft Den with a hole bunch of other great products!

For example Magnolias Do Hickey's Tag. The sentiments are also from Magnolia.

The corner is punched out with a Nellie Snellen die.

I used glitter on the wings and on the stamped flowers.

GDT Totally Tilda no.2

Hi everybody!

I'm back after two weeks vacation in lovely Italy!
We started with a couple of days in Rome and then we continued down towards the "heel", to Puglia region. Italy is truly a beautiful country and me and my family just loves Italy! So you can only imagine that we had a wonderful time :)
Well, back to reality, that I actually missed, to cardmaking :)

Here's my second GDT card for Totally Tilda and the Midway Reminder for challenge #50, Tilda by the seaside.

This time I used Tilda from the collection Summer memories. I coloured her with distress ink and glittered the edge around Tilda with Star Dust. The starfish stamp is an old one I had in my stash.

The papers are from Bo Bunny. I also decorated my card with a mini bottle, pearls, bubbles, doilies, shells and a seahorse that I have stamped on shrinking paper.

I want to thank the Totally Tilda team again for giving me this spotlight as the GDT!

And a big thanks for all your lovely comments! I even got some new followers, yay!

GDT at Totally Tilda!

Woohoo! Great news!

I was one of the lucky to be the GDT at Totally Tilda :) :)  How wonderful isn't that!

Well, I feel really proud anyway!

So the challenge theme that I'm joining is Seaside! It couldn't be more suitable in the middle of the summer, lol!

I chose a Tilda from last years collection "Bon Voyage" as the background ship. The images are coloured with distress ink.
In this context I think the cheese cloth looks like a fishing net, so it had to decorate my card too. And as always there has to be flowers even at sea :) and an anchor charm.
It doesn't show so good in the picture but I used glossy accent on the wave to get that watery feeling.

So come and join in the challenge at Totally Tilda and take the opportunity to enjoy the DT's beautiful creations!
