Anything Goes Challenge 53 Stitching, real or faux

A good morning to you all!
Today Anything Goes Challenge have a new great challenge for you, Stitching, real or faux!
I'm really in a spin of making Christmas card, so here's another one ;o)
I haven't done so much stitching on my card before but since I've tried it I can't keep away from the sewing machine, lol. In the close up pictures you can see my stitching a little better.
Tilda is from the collection "So Jolly" and is called Silent Night. You can find her at Craft Den here. The papers are from "My Mind's Eye" .
The sentiments are embossed with the color Platinum. And as always a little glitter and some flowers ;o)

My first DT card for Hanna and Friends

Okey, it's Thursday and Hanna and Friends have a new challenge for you.

This week it's all about Glitter!

And as you know from my other posts I just love glitter.

But this time I kept it clean and simple.

I have used a Whiff of Joy stamp. I think she is just adorable.

Of course I have glittered her wings and even around the Spellbinder die too. The snowflake border is a Martha Stewart punch.

Another book card

It was a while since I made my first book card and I have been quite eager to do another one. But there is always something else that comes between :P

I actually made this one the last weekend but haven't got the time to post it. *sigh*

Well, here it is!

I decided to go for Edwin from the latest Christmas collection.

I colored him up with distressink on aquarelle paper and made a fir wreath around him. That seemed suitable as he walks through the woods.

The papers I chose are from Inkido and from the lovely Maja Design. I also decorated with flowers and some bells. The sentiments says Merry Christmas.

I went for the same papers on the inside, Maja Design and used both sides of the paper.

I punched out the edges (on the pages) with a Magnolia Doo Hickey die, and then used another Swedish sentiment from Panduro.

My plan is to put some yummy pieces of chocolate inside the "box". Sound delicious, doesn't it!

It really is!

First of all because it's Friday, the very start of the weekend. And then it has happend again...

...a new assignment as a DT!!!

I have become a DT member at Hanna and Friends, wooohooo!!! So happy, happy, happy :D

Anything Goes Challenge 52, To the Letter

Hey!
I've had a wonderful weekend with alot of crafting, friends and doggies. But all at different times ;o)
But now it's tuesday again and it's time for a new challenge at Anything Goes, yay!
To the Letter is the theme for you to play with.
I used a couple of chipboard letters that I had in my stash. And the smaller are from Basic Grey, as the papers. Tilda looks a bit cold where she sits in front of "Marianne design" trees which I have glittered with "Star Dust". The big snowflake is a Spellbinder die also showered with glitter.
The swirl you see by the flowers are also from Marianne Design.
Guess what I used for my coloring... Distress ink, that you can find at the Craft Den among other great products that I'm sure you can't resist ;o)

Preview Lil Party Pinkette

It's the birthday month at TPS!

And to celebrate, the bosslady Kellie, is having a new release of some great party girls.

Let my introduce Lil Party Pinkette Faith!

I made this party girl in bright happy colors and for once I have used my Promakers again. Long time no seen ;o) I have become a real distressink gal but it was real fun to use the Promakers again.

The patterned papers are from Magnolia as the Doo hickey dies, heartboard and the swirl leaves.

I've made a Z-card and on the inside I have used a Spellbinder to surround the text.

Last but not least, Flowers with stickles!

Anything Goes Challenge #51

Good morning to you all!
Today it's time for another challenge at Anything Goes and this fortnight the theme is diecuts and punches.
My image on my christmas card is a Nellie Snellen. Cute, aren't they!
The diecuts I have used are Quick Kutz holly leaves, Spellbinders behind the image and the text and the Poinsettia are from Magnolias Doo Hickey. The patterned papers are from Bo Bunnys "Father Christmas Collection". Love them!!
And of course alot of stickles ;o)

I have used Lil Christmas Pinkette Faith, singing carols.

These holders are quite easy and alot of fun to do! So I suggests that you try to make one of your own. And I'm sure you can come up with some great ideas :D

Lil Christmas Pinkette August

Are you ready for the next little Christmas Pinkette.
Here she is, Lil Christmas Pinkette August. Isn't she lovely!
She better hold on to her hat or the winter storm will snitch it from her.

The big snowflake is actually a coaster (the one you have under your glass) that I found in a home furnishing store. As a crazy cardmaker, you are always on the lookout for something you can use on your projects ;o) Well I guess you know what I'm talking about, lol.

Lil Christmas Pinkette Audrey

So are we finally here!

At the release of the Lil Christmas Pinkette. It means that I have made my first Christmas card this year, yay!

First out (for me anyway) is Pinkette Audrey. This brings back some memorys... Wasn't it a great feeling sitting among a whole pile of Christmas gifts and not knowing which one you should start with. Well, it was a pleasant problem ;o)

I think you can actually see the joy in her face.

As usual I have colored her with distressink. One thing you havn't seen so much on my cards are stiches. But I think it's so fun (and a good touch to the card) so you will probably see more of this.

Anything Goes Challenge #49

I'm already back!
I have to make up for lost time here in blogland ;o)


Today we (yes, I can say we..lol) are having the 49th Challenge for you at the Anything Goes Challenge and it's all about Shabby Chic/Vintage. To be honest I haven't done so much in Shabby Chic style before but I think it's a beautiful style that I will use again.
I made my card as white as I could, by using white paper, white lace, white frame and whitish flowers.
The edges of the card was decorated with Platinum Stickles as well as the inside of the frame.


You should absolutely pay Craft Den a visit. They stock Magnolia Stamps, paper, stickles, flowers and ribbons among other great things.

Birthday card

Have you missed me... ;o)

My life have been a bit crazy lately, but not in a bad way. Sometimes there are so much going on in your life and time just isn't enough. That's were I am right now.

But luckily, starting next week, I will have a day off from work every week. I'm really looking forward to it.

A couple of weeks ago I made a birthday card for my husband's grandmother who turned 90 years. And I know that she just loves my card.

I made her a card with sweet Tilda carrying a basket of flowers. And of course I had to decorate the card with flowers, because grandma is a real flowerlady ;o)
