Home again...

Another mini vacation is over but I still have a week left to enjoy.

I always have big plans to craft on my vacation but somewhere along the way time just flies by. I wonder why... could it be I have to many plans and so many things I'd like to do. And that include sitting in the sun and do nothing..hi hi.

Well, I have actually been crafting but I can't show it to you yet. If you are curious you must be patient, and I hope you are ;o)

But today I will show you a card with Tilda with Hawaii flower. She is one of my favorites from Butterfly Dreams Collection. I have discovered that "the Tildas" I fall for the most are those with long wavy hair.

I've used a few butterflies, and to you who have followed me for a while, know that I just love to use them on my cards.

The words on the card is in Swedish and means something like, " The butterfly of happiness sits down on those who have time to wait". A thoughtful proverbs, isn't it.

Tilda is encircled by pearls, and coloured with destressink. It doesn't show as good but I have put a lot of Stickles "Star Dust" on Tildas butterflies and on the flower in her hair. Even around the Spellbinderframe.

And of course I had to put some flowers on the card ;o)

Happy happy happy

We had a wounderful week in Gothenburg and our boys did really well!

When I came home and open my computer I saw that I have WON FIRST PRIZE in the 7Kids College Fund Challenge with my Edwin card!!! YAY!!! *doing a little happy dance*

I hope you havn't missed the new release at Tickled Pink Stamp. I have made a card with Lil Little Lolita Lilith, and I think she is so adorable!

As usual I have colored her with distressink and decorated the card with my new Magnolia dies.

Time to leave again for our next mini vacation with my family!

Hi everyone!
I'm sorry but I have to keep this post very short today.
We are going to Gothia cup today with our youngest son. It's the biggest youth cup in the world so it's going to be exciting.
I have made a "Flip flop card" with Lil Pikettes Bobbie and Pippa. It was really fun to do and not as hard as it seems.

Challenge with Edwin

I'm so enjoing my vacation!
Today me sweet friend, Lousie, came to visit me. And guess what we did... that's right, we made some crafting...lol. As always we had a great day!
For once, I'm way ahead with a project. My children's cousin is turning 10 i November and I'm already finished with his card. And I don't have to worry that he's going to take a peek, because he's not a follower of my blog ;o)
The card reveals that he plays football, doesn't it. This is the new Edwin from Magnolias latest collection, colored with distress ink.
I don't know what it is but I just love stars on boyish cards.

Vacation

Yesterday I started my 4 weeks vacation! It feels sooo good!
But already this weekend we went on a mini vacation, camping in a tent... Not my favorite vacation but a survived despite the rain...hmmm. Well, sometimes you have to go along with the family choice.
Awhile ago a colleague of mine asked me to do a babycard for her friend. And of course I said yes.
I haven't used any image, I just decorated the card with flowers, pearls, ribbons and butterflies. I also used a couple of Spellbinder dies and the frame is punched with a Martha Stewart punch. But I think the cutest details are the little teddybear and the pacifier.

Tilda again

I have been quite busy so I havn't been able to post for a while.
And today I'll just post a quick one. Because me and my sweet friend, Lousie are going to the Magnolia Store in Borås, yay! I'm so excited! And I know for a fact that there's going to be a big hole in my purse when we leave the store :P But I will bee sooo happy!

Time for a little Tilda

Hi everyone!
It's been a while since a posted a Tilda card. So let's do ;o)
This one a made for my colleague´s daugther.
Something I have become a big fan of is the crakle paint on chipboards. I think is so much fun and it's of course nice too ;o)
Almost everything on this card is from Magnolias range; Tilda, the horse, the papers and the flowers.
And then I have used punches from Nellie Snellen and Martha Stewart.

Lil Tom Boyz Pinkette Audrey

Today I'm showing you this little sweetie, Fishing Audrey.
I made my first tentcard, pretty easy to do and I had great fun! I've used distressink to color with.
The image on the inside comes from Magnolia.
The butterfly pusches are from Martha Stewart. I just love them, because they mean summer to me!
Now I think you should take a trip to the other ladies on the team, because I know they have some great cards to show you!

Preview at another Lil Tom Boyz Pinkette

And this time it's Trucker Bobbies turn!
Another cutie from Tickled Pink Stamps. Just look at her hair, isn't it just adorable, so wavy and fluffy. And her cap is like icing on the cake ;o)
I made a twisted easel card and I had so much fun doing it. Despite that Bobbie is a tomboy, I still wanted to have some swirls and bling on my card.

My first Pinkette card

Here it is!!!
My first Pinkette card!
Mud Pie Faith from the new collection Lil Pinkette Tom Boyz became my first assignment. I think she is just adorable, playing around in the mud. It´s just like it should be. Kids must get a little dirty every now and then ;o)
And of course I used the green (my favorite) on my new card.
Flowers, ribbons and dies from Spellbinder and QK are some of the stuff I have decorated with, around Faith.

Wooohoooo, great news!

I am absolutely overjoyed!!!

I been asked if I want to be a part of the new Tickle Pink design team, PINKETTE!
What do you think the answer was....... Yeees, of course!!! :D

It will be so exciting and fun and I get the honor of working with some really talented ladies.

Already this week there will be a new release of a couple of cuties called Lil Pinkettes Tom Boyz.

So keep your eyes open and don´t forget to checkout my fellow Pinkettes amazing work.

Meanwhile I will show you a card I made for my brother in law on his 40th birthday.

The funny things on the feet are ment to be smal fishes. We gave him a gift card att "Dr Fish" were little fishes eat the dead skin of your feet. Sounds disgusting, doesn´t it, but it will apparently be good for your feet.

I´m so excited that I forgot to tell you that due to my new assignment I have decided to write all my posts in English.

GDT kort 4

Nu är jag här igen! Och denna gången har jag mitt sista gästDT kort för Scrappekammeret att visa er.
Detta kortet har jag gjort till min kollegas barnbarn som fyller 1 år. Motivet, som bara är urgulligt, är från Lili Of The Valley.
Utmaningen (#31) var att göra en egen dekoration. Jag valde att göra egna blommor att pryda kortet med. Som vanligt har jag målat de små sötisarna med distresser. Och ramen runt nallarna är från Spellbinders.
Jag har inte stavat fel... min kollega är nämligen dansk ;o)

Nu väntar några härliga lediga dagar (trots att jag ska jobba på fredag)

och man kan bara hoppas att vi kan få njuta av lite sol och värme.

Det är skönt att få ta det lite lugnt och bara göra det man känner för, så självklart ligger korttillverkning på schemat.

Men även att få umgås med goda vänner står högt på listan.

Så med det önskar jag er en mysig lång (eller kort) helg!
